Principal Designer

The CDM 2015 Regulations require that all involved in construction activities, the client, designers and principal contractors make suitable arrangements for managing safety, from the initial design stage through to completion of any project.

Cyma Consulting have extensive knowledge and experience of the current CDM regulations and have worked in the construction industry as advisors, inspectors and consultants in the planning, design and construction phases for nearly 20 years. We currently work alongside architects and other designers carrying out the role of principal designer on project as diverse as private and commercial housing developments to large scale commercial projects including schools, factories and medical facilities.

Client CDM Advisors

The CDM 2015 Regulations have place additional duties on all Clients commissioning construction works. Many Clients lack both the time and resources to successfully fulfil their duties under these regulations. Cyma Consulting regularly help and advice a wide variety of clients on their role under the regulations and assist them in completing their duties and ensuring legal compliance.

Construction H & S Consultants

Cyma Consulting have been advising on construction H & S matters for nearly 20 years. In our role as construction safety advisors we offer a wide variety of services to principal contractors and contractors. Our services include; retained advisors providing; safety alerts and updates, site safety documentation including construction phase plans, risk assessments and safety method statements, site inspections and general safety advice and training to ensure legal compliance and site operational safety.

Contractors Safety Information

Contractors always need reliable safety advice and information. We are happy to meet with contractors from any trade to discuss providing advice on all aspects of safety management including risk assessments and method statements, COSHH assessments, safety policies, accident investigations and help with applications for SSiPs such as CHAS and SMAS.
